With its modern user interface, Velox Dash sets a new standard for easy operation of engineering probe stations. The companion device combines an intuitive touch interface with an adaptable workspace. Additionally, Velox Dash consolidates the functionalities of the hardware joystick and eVue remote control into a single platform. Its user-centered design supports intuitive, efficient, and comfortable daily operation.

Access to the most common functionalities: Load/Unload Wafer, Chuck positions, Alignment methods, Scope settings, Wafer Map stepping and Automation Tools

Motion Controls

Intuitive and precise probe station navigation
On-screen joystick enables precise X and Y movement of the chuck, scope, and motorized positioners
Scrollable Z-wheels available for chuck, scope, fine focus and motorized positioner Z-axis movements
All motion controls are displayed across a wide area of the screen and can be operated “blindly” while conveniently observing the system monitor or machine itself.

Multi-finger Capability

Select from different joystick modes: Free Drag Movement, Joystick Mode, or Lock Movement Angle to 45°

Thermal Control

Set pre-defined or custom temperatures
Thermal chuck temperature and status are displayed on both the Thermal Control screen and the Main Screen of Velox Dash

Lock Screen

Can be locked with a customizable message for other lab operators

Integrated Solution with Retractable Keyboard

High-quality keyboard tray is fully integrated into the probe station
Screen angle is adjustable to suit operator preference
Retractable keyboard for space-saving convenience
Mouse rests securely next to the Velox Dash screen
